We are excited to take you on this six-week journey of beginning the bonding and attachment process with your unborn child. This workshop is designed to help you learn ways to be with your baby before the birth, while at the same time discovering more about yourself and your partner. The relationship that exists between you and your unborn baby is a unique relationship, one unlike any other that you will develop. By exploring this relationship, you will be able to establish healthy patterns for you and your baby after birth. This is not designed to be a lecture but rather an interactive experience between all participants providing practical information. Be open and willing to explore the emotions that arise for you!
